A teacher’s words have immeasurable power to make or break students. This session focuses on communicating in ways that empower and include all students, regardless of skin color, background, gender, ability, or disability. We will explore students’ rights to be free from discrimination and harassment at school, and steps school staff should take to ensure those rights are honored.
