Teaching is a social profession – and not just with the students! Social drivers and threats are a real thing in the workplace and having some strategies can improve the quality of adult: adult interactions in schools. Come to assess your own social drivers and threats as well as plan how to meet other’s needs. This session is open to all, and particularly welcome for colleagues who work together at the same campus.
