ENGAGE 2025 Professional Learning Conference

Perhaps conflict with parents has your stomach in knots or the hair on the back of your neck is up! Conflict is a necessary, and yes, productive component of interacting with adults. The key to leveraging conflict is to understand various conflict styles, identifying your own default style, and learn how to flex your approach. Come to assess your own default style and then learn what to do about it. This session is open to all, and particularly welcome for colleagues who work together at the same campus.
