About me
Jennifer Bailey, M.Ed is Northwest ISD’s MTSS Coordinator. Jennifer began her career 25 years ago as a special education teacher. Since then, she has taught general education, English as a Second Language, targeted intervention for reading and math, and supported title one schools as an instructional coach. She has experience leading professional learning at regional service centers, MTSS conferences, and in local districts. Jennifer has dedicated her career to growing adult learners, closing student achievement gaps, and advocating for at-risk students.
